Level Systems
Each club member will receive a membership card, color coded for the riding level he/she has achieved. Specific skills will be required (riding and non-riding) in order to be placed at a level. Level 1 - Walker’s (Red) Level 2 - Jog Trotter’s (Blue) Level 3 - Fast Trotter’s (Orange) Level 4 - Canter’s (Yellow) Level 5 - Galloper’s (Green) * Level 4 and 5 riders can do the following: Have the option to participate in some or all of the advanced riding lessons: The Drill Team (choreographed /precision riding as a group, accompanied by music), Competitive Trail Riding, Jumping, Gymkhana Events, etc. During a lesson, take his/her horse on the Deer Path Trail with another Level 4 or 5 rider. * Level 5 riders can also... Lease a horse ($30) and ride the Chattahoochee National Forest Trail with another Level 5 rider (approximately a 1 hour ride). This would be scheduled outside of regular riding times.
